The Life of a Card Maker - Week 2

Here we are two weeks into the new year.  Can you believe it?  I turned 40 this week and created a giveaway for you to win a big pack of handmade cards.  There's still time for you to enter...go HERE when you're done reading this post.

I spent some time Friday evening working on some faux envelope seals.  These are a great stash busting project and are a fun touch to add to the back of envelopes when sending out Happy Mail.

Saturday and Sunday were card making days.  I created 14 cards in two days.  I posted about this earlier in the week, but in case you missed it here are the cards I created.

Sometimes you have to wait for your adhesive to dry.

There's always a constantly revolving clean up process.  This is the craftermath of the two days of card making over the weekend.

Another thing that's ever-revolving is the organizing of supplies.  This week I upgraded my gem storage to these containers from Bead Storages Solutions.

I hope you like these little views from behind the scenes.  Leave me a comment and let me know if you love it or if there is something you'd like to see from behind the scenes in my studio.

Happy Friday and don't forget to go HERE and leave a comment for your chance to win the handmade card giveaway.  I'll draw the winner on Monday!
