The first step to making this card was cutting some Inkadinkado Masking Paper. For this I used the Kaisercraft Nesting Hearts Dies to die cut the masking paper. I used the negative of the heart and applied it to the white cardstock panel. Next, I laid the retired Echo Park Bubbles from the Deep stencil over top of my heart opening. I blended top down, using Distress Inks in Picked Raspberry and Carved Pumpkin. I removed the stencil and repeated the colors. I cut the white panel with the largest of the Simon Says Stitched Rectangle dies, then used the Honey Bee Stamps Happiness stamp set to create my sentiment and stamped it with VersaFine Onyx Black Ink. I completed the card by adhering the panel to an orange card base.
Thanks for swinging by today. Tomorrow we're gonna talk about using up those die cut bits you have hoarded in your stash.
