SSS Creepy Cute - Haunted House Happy Halloween

Hello Lovely.  Are you ready for one more Halloween card?  I had a lot of fun creating Halloween cards this year, which is a bit of a surprise to me because I'm not a big fan of Halloween.  Anywho...Let's talk about this cute card.

I stamped the haunted house onto Neenah Solar White 80# cardstock with Gina K. Amalgam ink and stamped the sentiment using my favorite VersaFine Onyx Black ink.  The house is from the Creepy Cute stamp set from Simon Says Stamp and the sentiment is from the Sentiments for All Occasion from Scrapbook.com.

I did some simple Copic coloring with some basic shading along each roofline.  Nothing fancy, as I'm still learning where to put shadows.  It's much easier on a house than it is on flowers.  The colors I used are listed below.  I added a bit of detail with a black gel pen to create a spider web in the shop window and a silver gel pen to add the doorknob on the door.

I completed the card by cutting the panel with my Wonky Rectangles dies from Simon Say Stamp and mounted it onto a plum card base that matched the color of the darkest Copic I used to color the house.
